Terms & Disclaimers
1. Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to board and consume alcohol. No exceptions will be made. Failure to present valid ID will result in denial of entry without refund.
2. Responsible Consumption
Winederlust promotes responsible enjoyment of wine and spirits. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and comply with all safety guidelines during the experience. Anyone deemed visibly intoxicated or disruptive may be refused service or removed from the tour without refund.
3. Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Winederlust Mobile Wine Bus experience, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk. Winederlust LLC, its owners, partners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to transportation to and from pickup points, consumption of alcohol, or participation in any off-site winery activities.
4. Weather Policy
Events are held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by Winederlust management. In the event of severe or inclement weather, a rain check or rescheduled date will be offered. Refunds are not provided for weather-related delays or rescheduling.
5. Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another eligible guest (21+) by emailing more@winederlust.wine at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour.
6. Behavioral Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, other participants, and venue partners. Any form of harassment, aggression, or property damage will result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Photography & Media
By attending, you grant Winederlust LLC permission to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish not to be photographed, please inform the staff upon boarding.
8. Transportation Disclaimer
The Winederlust Mobile Wine Bus is a privately operated vehicle designed for recreational touring. Guests must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion and follow all safety instructions. Winederlust LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to adhere to these guidelines.
9. Health & Safety
Guests should disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to departure. Winederlust LLC is not responsible for reactions to food, beverages, or environmental factors.
10. Acceptance of Terms
